We also provide consulting services for municipalities, school districts, attorney’s and other environmental consulting firms.

The company was established in July 1996 and has grown rapidly through customer referrals and competitive bid opportunities. Higgins and Associates has extensive experience which is applied to all projects. The majority of Higgins and Associates staff have over 10 years of individual experience in the environmental health and safety industry.
