Site Security Plans and Facility Diagrams

Federal regulations under 43 CFR 3162.7-5 set forth security requirements for Federal and Indian leases. Owners and operators must comply with standards relating to storage and transfer of product, must develop and maintain a site security plan and must develop and maintain an updated site facility diagram.
